Don't you just hate it when people get too big for their britches? We see it often in Hollywood, where celebrities are begging for your attention and admiration but then when they finally have it, begin to bite the hand that feeds them.

Case in point, Katherine Heigl. You might know her from Grey's Anatomy or the summer smash Knocked Up. She's come a long way from the days of Roswell, or better still, Bride of Chucky.

I was actually happy to see her get a break. I always assumed she was pretty down to earth. I remember during her promotions for Knocked Up thinking she was alright. I also caught an episode or two of Greys. She won an Emmy for her portrayal of Izzie on that show, not too bad huh?

But then today I see it in the news. She did an interview with Vanity Fair magazine and in it she says she no longer understands her character in Grey's. Apparently Izzy has changed and Heigl "no longer understands" her. She's still upset that Izzie chose to have an affair with her best friend in the show (who happens to be married).

Then she goes on to say that Knocked Up (the movie that raised her asking price per movie from 300,000 to a cool 6 million) is sexist and some days she "really hated that movie". I assume that since she read the script she knew exactly what the movie was comprised of. I mean, come on! This is the same person who brought us the 40 year old virgin. And if I recall correctly, that didn't display men in the most sympathetic light.

Maybe someone should send her a copy of Bride of Chucky and remind her about the fleeting fame in Hollywood. Just look at Britney. It wasn't even 5 years ago and she was the hottest thing since sliced bread. Now we get to look at her crotch shots and videos of her running red lights.
