Keep Breathing - Help Find a Cure for Childhood Cancer

Susan shared this video on her blog (check my favorite links to find her, How can I keep from singing).

Every bit helps. Please support finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Ok...this just made me cry. It just doesn't make sense how somebody so young can get cancer....they have done nothing in their lives to cause this disease....just bad genes. Our lab studies skin cancer, something that is preventable. Childhood cancer interests me more because it afflicts the innocent. I followed the story of Gloria from Seattle who died from neuroblastoma last year. See my post

It has a link to the series of stories about this young girl's fight and is very touching. I cried so hard when she died!

Hey Tania ;)

I actually followed Nathan's story (Susan's son) when I found out about Neuroblastoma for the first time. It's so vicious to children yet Nathan and his entire family stayed so strong...all the way til the very end.

The morning I found out Nathan died I cried. I moped around for a few days after and told members of my family (who became interested in Nathan through me).

I'm not rich but I donate what I can, when I can. The Magic Water Project (you can find out about this if interested, go to my favorite links and click on Will Lacey) is where I think my money will go this year.

I'm going to check out the link!
